DEFINITIONS
The following terms shall have the following meanings under the Regulations:
- Price – the value expressed in monetary units that the Client is obliged to pay to the Service Provider for the Ticket.
- Registration form – a form filled out by the Customer, used to create an Account.
- Client – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal capacity, to which a special law grants legal capacity, concluding a contract with the Service Provider for the provision of services by electronic means.
- Consumer – a customer who is a natural person entering into a contract directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of the contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for this person, arising in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions of the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
- Ticket – a ticket purchased by the Client through the Site, entitling the Client to participate in a conference organized by the Service Provider.
- Regulations – these Regulations.
- Websites or Service – websites belonging to the Service Provider, within the framework of which the Service Provider provides Services, located at https://team.edu.pl.
- Services – all services provided electronically by the Service Provider to Clients and Users based on the Regulations.
- Service provider – CONFERENCE TEAM Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Bydgoszcz, ul. Kijowska 44, 85-703 Bydgoszcz, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Bydgoszcz XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0001094486, NIP: 9671474706, REGON: 528083023.
- Works – works within the meaning of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, which will be published on the Site.
- User – any natural person visiting the Site and using the Services provided through it.
SERVICE PROVIDER DATA
Contact with the Service Provider in all matters related to the use of the Site is possible in the following forms:

The cost of a phone call depends on the rates of the operator used by the caller.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use the Service, you need a total of:
- A terminal device with access to the Internet and a web browser;
- cookies enabled.
To order a Ticket on the Website, it is necessary to have an active e-mail account and a telephone number. The data to be provided when using the Website to purchase a Ticket and at the same time the data necessary to conclude a contract are:
- in the case of Customers who are entrepreneurs – name and surname or name, address (registered office and mailing address), telephone number, e-mail address, Tax Identification Number;
- in the case of Customers who are Consumers – name and surname together with the name of the business conducted, address, telephone number, e-mail address, Tax Identification Number;
The Customer has the opportunity to create an account on the Website after completing the Registration Form, however, its creation is not necessary to place an order for the purchase of a Ticket.
CONTENT PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE
Access to the part of the Website containing published medical, scientific and legal articles in text, graphic or audiovisual form is free of charge for all Users and Customers. In this regard, use of the Service is free of charge and anonymous.
COPYRIGHTS
The content published on the Site, especially medical, scientific and legal articles, are Works protected by copyright of the Service Provider or its cooperating entities. Use of the above content in violation of the Terms and Conditions or copyright law may result in civil or criminal liability.
TICKETING
In order to purchase a Ticket through the Website, it is necessary to accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. In order to conclude a contract for the provision of services, consisting in the sale of a Ticket, one must:
- Select the type of Ticket and confirm the selection with the “Add to cart” button.
- After selecting a Ticket and wishing to finalize the transaction, select the “Buy Now” option, after which a summary of the selected Service will appear, along with its Price.
- In order to finalize the transaction, select the “Proceed to Payment” option and then provide the customer data required by the fields of the form marked with an asterisk as mandatory.
- Placing an order must be preceded by reading the Regulations and Privacy Policy. The condition for the conclusion of the contract is to mark the statements of familiarization with the content of the above documents.
- The order is placed when all of the above steps are completed and approved by selecting the “Order with obligation to pay” option.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the conclusion of the contract. The order must be paid in advance. The Service Provider offers only electronic payment realized through the PAYNOW service, the operator of which is mBank S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, at Prosta St. 18 (00-850), registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court of m.st. Warsaw, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000025237, NIP number 5260215088, with the share capital of PLN 169,468,160, fully paid up. Types of Tickets along with their Price for each of them are posted at: https://team.edu.pl/.
The Service Provider may refuse to perform the Service of selling a Ticket if the Client has not indicated all the data necessary for the performance of the Service, has violated the provisions of the Regulations, or has not made payment.
The purchase of a Ticket on the Site will take place within 24 hours, counting from the moment the Service Provider receives the payment and verifies the order. If the conclusion of the contract for the provision of Services is on a public holiday, then the commencement of the Services will be no later than the end of the first working day following the public holiday.
WITHDRAWAL
- The customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.
- The customer may use the withdrawal form, attached as Appendix 1 to the Regulations.

ADVERTISEMENTS
- The Customer may file complaints related to the functioning of the Service and the purchase of Tickets:

- The Service Provider shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt. In the absence of a response from the Service Provider within the aforementioned period, the complaint is considered valid.
FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Regulations. The amended Regulations are effective from the moment they are published on the Site.
- The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of conclusion of the contract shall apply to contracts concluded before the amendment of the Terms and Conditions.
- In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including in particular the Civil Code and the Law on Consumer Rights.
- Any disputes arising under the Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the competent common court.
